Policies (Child Policy & Cancellation Policy)
Child Policy
- Children up to 5 years old stay free when sharing a room with an adult.
- A child is considered to be between the ages of 5-11 years.
Cancellation Policy
- A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking within 14 days after confirmation.
- Full payment is required 60 days prior to arrival for high and peak season bookings, and 30 days prior for low season bookings.
- Cancellation 60 days before arrival results in a 65% refund of the total invoice.
- Cancellation 45 days before arrival results in a 45% refund.
- Cancellation 30 days before arrival results in a 25% refund.
- No refund is provided for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
