Policies (Child Policy & Cancellation Policy)
Child Policy
- Children 0-2: Free in a cot.
- Children 3-5: Stay free when sharing with 1 or 2 adults.
- Children 6-16: Pay 50% of the full adult rate when sharing with adults.
- If a child 6-16 is in their own room, the first child pays the full adult rate, and subsequent children pay 50% of the full adult rate.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations or amendments within 120 days of the safari commencement incur a 25% charge,
- while those between 89-60 days incur a 20% charge.
- Cancellations or amendments less than 59-30 days result in a 50% refund, with the other 50% being a cancellation charge.
