Number of Rooms / Tents / Cottages
Cottars camp has 7 tents. Each tent has its own private bathroom in a cubicle located behind the tent with washbasin, hot safari shower and long drop toilet.
Policies (Child Policy & Cancellation Policy)
Child Policy
- Children under 3 years stay free of charge when sharing a room with adults.
- Children aged 3–15 years are charged 50% of the per-person adult twin rate if sharing with 1 or 2 adults.
- Children aged 3–15 years are charged 75% of the twin/double room rate if staying in their own room.
- Children sharing with adult, child pays 50% of adult rate and adult pays half of the double room rate
- Adult sharing with 2 children, each child pays 50% of adult rate and adult pays half of the double room rate.
- Children aged 16 years and above are considered adults
Cancellation Policy
- Between 60-31 days prior days prior to arrival dates will incur 15% of the quotation
- Between 60-31 days prior days prior to arrival dates will incur 15% of the quotation
- Between 15-1 day (including No-show) prior to arrival date will incur 100% of the quotation.
