Introduction

Muthu Keekorok Lodge, established in 1965, is the oldest safari lodge in Kenya's Maasai Mara National Reserve. Strategically positioned in the direct path of the annual Great Migration, the lodge offers guests unparalleled access to one of nature's most spectacular events.

Location

Located within the Maasai Mara National Reserve, Muthu Keekorok Lodge is approximately 280 kilometers southwest of Nairobi. The journey by road takes about 5 to 6 hours, traversing scenic landscapes and traditional Maasai villages.

For those opting to fly, the Keekorok Airstrip is just a 10-minute drive from the lodge, with shuttle services available upon request. This prime location places guests in the heart of the reserve, ensuring close encounters with wildlife and breathtaking vistas.

Cancellation Policy

For accommodation cancelled or reduced in number between 45 and 30 days from noon on the date of accommodation, 10% of the rate applicable per room night cancelled.
For accommodation cancelled or reduced in number between 30 and 20 days from Noon on the date of accommodation, 25% of the rate applicable per room night cancelled.
For accommodation cancelled or reduced in number between 20 and 10 days –35% of the rate applicable per room night cancelled.
In case of cancellation within 10 days from noon of the date of accommodation, in the case of No-Show – 100% of the net value of the booking.
In case of cancellation on the same day of booking, 100% of the Net value of the booking will apply. More than 120 days before arrival.
