Nestled within two of the country's most captivating landscapes—the game-rich Laikipia Plateau and the culturally rich, coastal haven of the Lamu Archipelago—the collection offers discerning travelers a unique opportunity to explore Kenya’s natural and cultural heritage in complete privacy and comfort.

Location

LocationEnasoit Camp is accessible by both road and air, offering flexibility for guests arriving from Nairobi. By road, the journey takes approximately 4.5 to 5.5 hours along the A2 highway, passing through Thika, Sagana, and Nanyuki before continuing toward the Lolldaiga Hills and into the Enasoit Conservancy. For those opting to fly, scheduled flights from Nairobi’s Wilson Airport to Nanyuki Airstrip take around 50 minutes, followed by a one-hour transfer by road to the camp. Alternatively, guests may choose to arrive via private charter, with Enasoit’s private airstrip located just five minutes from the lodge, ensuring swift and direct access to this exclusive wilderness retreat.

Number of Rooms / Tents / Cottages

Enasoit Camp accommodates up to 16 guests in eight tented cottages, each featuring en-suite bathrooms, wooden floors, private verandas, and cozy sitting areas with fireplaces. The camp also includes a Pool House with two additional en-suite cottages, providing extra space for larger groups. All accommodations are designed to blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings, offering comfort and luxury in the heart of the wilderness.

Child Policy

Children 4 years and under stay free of charge. Extra beds for children can be arranged on request

Cancellation Policy

Between 60-31 days prior days prior to arrival dates will incur 15% of the quotation
Between 30 - 16 days prior to arrival date will incur 30% of the quotation
Between 15-1 day (including NO-show) prior to arrival date will incur 100% of the quotation.

A beautiful and exclusive island in the middle of Laikipia. Great tented cottages and comprehensive services including an in house cheetah and masseuse, not the same entity! Great game including the big ones, an amazing waterhole arrangement with constant occupation by beautiful wildlife..

Amazing stay at Enasoit! The camp is spectacular and the food is truly some of the best food I’ve eaten in a long time. They catered so well to gluten free and vegan requests. Having wildlife come right up to the waterhole whilst sitting there is incredible. We had wonderful wildlife sightings with great guides..

Words just can't describe the magic of the Enasoit Camp! It was the perfect balance of luxury (gorgeous sheets and pillows, fireplace lit at night, massage, etc), cuisine (amazing 3 meals with many choices for vegetarians), activities and an amazing abundance of animal species in their natural habitat..
