Day 1 & 2 (Sarova Shaba Game Lodge, Samburu)

Emara Ole Sereni Hotel
Nairobi National Reserve / Sheldrick Wildlife Trust / Girraffe Center
The Journey begins in Nairobi, taking you north into the wild beauty of Samburu. The drive shifts you to the rugged hills and open savannah, with a view of the Ewaso Nyiro River. By the time you arrive at Sarova Shaba Game Lodge, you will already feel the magic of Samburu. After a warm welcome and lunch, there is time to relax before heading out on your first late afternoon game drive, where elephants are often seen cooling off in the river. The next day is all about Samburu’s unique wildlife. This is the only place you will find the Samburu Special Five, the Somali Ostrich, Grevy’s zebra, Beisa Oryx, Reticulated Giraffe and Gerenuk, the curious antelope that stands on two legs to reach branches. After a full day adventure, you return to Sarova Shaba for a peaceful evening and enjoy your dinner under the stars.
Day 3 (Maisha Sweetwaters, Ol Pejeta)

Sarova Mara Game Camp
Masai Mara National Reserve
After enjoying a hearty breakfast, you will leave Samburu and travel through Kenya's beautiful highlands on your way to Ol Pejeta Conservancy. You will check in at Maisha Sweetwaters, a charming tented lodge set against the backdrop of Mount Kenya. After lunch, your afternoon unfolds with exciting game drives across the conservancy, home to elephants, buffalo, and the world's last two northern white rhinos, a truly rare encounter. You will also spot Kenya's only chimpanzee sanctuary, created in partnership with Jane Goodall Institute, where rescued chimps live freely in large natural enclosures. Watching them interact, play, and form close bonds is both moving and inspiring. Before heading back to the camp for dinner, you will meet Baraka, the gentle blind black rhino.
Day 4 (Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge, Nakuru)

Sarova Mara Game Camp
Masai Mara National Reserve
Upon arrival and check-in at Nakuru Sopa Lodge, enjoy an afternoon game drive through Lake Nakuru National Park. Nakuru is known for its sanctuary for rhinos and home for vibrant flocks of flamingos that sweep across the lake’s edge. Keep your eyes on the trees too, this park is one of the rare places in Kenya where Lions climb trees, often resting lazily on the branches as if posing for the camera. You will also spot herds of buffalo and giraffes moving slowly through the grasslands, while both black and white rhinos graze nearby.
Day 5 & 6 (Zebra Plains Camp, Masai Mara)

Sarova Mara Game Camp
Masai Mara National Reserve
Spending days in the Masai Mara is like stepping into nature’s grandest theatre, where every sunrise brings a new scene. On the first day, after an early breakfast in Nakuru Sopa Lodge, you will travel to the Masai Mara National Reserve. On arrival, check in at Zebra Plains for lunch and in the afternoon, head out for your game drive, where lions, elephants, and vast herds await on the endless golden plains. On the second day, you can opt for a balloon safari ( extra cost ). It feels rewarding the moment you see giraffes stretching their necks across the plains or elephants lumbering gracefully in family groups, followed by a bush breakfast. In the afternoon, you can opt for a game drive or a visit to the Masai village, where you will learn their dances, culture, and stories that reveal just how closely the community lives alongside wildlife.
Day 7 (Enashipai Resort, Naivasha)

Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge
Crescent Island | Hell's gate National Park / Crater Lake Sunctuary
After breakfast, you will head to the peaceful Naivasha, a freshwater lake surrounded by acacia forests. On arrival, check in at Enashipai Resort, where giraffes, colobus monkeys, and even hippos wander freely around the grounds. In the afternoon, enjoy a boat ride on the lake to spot hippos and a variety of bird species, followed by a guided walk on Crescent Island for close encounters with grazing wildlife. You will also visit Hell’s Gate National Park, famous for gorges and geothermal streams, and one of the few parks where you can walk and cycle among wildlife.
Day 8 - 10 (Southern Palms Hotel, Diani Beach)

Baobab Beach Resort and Spa
Diani Beach
From Naivasha, a quick flight takes you to the coast, where the white sands and turquoise waters of Diani Beach welcome you. Here, life is easy; bikinis, light dresses, linen shirts, hats, and sunglasses are all you need as you relax by the ocean or pool. The afternoon for pure relaxation, dip into the Indian Ocean, sip a cool drink by the pool, or simply unwind as the sea breeze washes over you. The next three days are all about enjoying the ocean. You can set out on a dhow cruise, go snorkeling in the crystal clear waters, go horse riding along the shores, or spend the day soaking up the sun on the beach. You can also visit the nearby village to taste the seafood and enjoy their cultural dances.
